Initial Consultation (Free):
- We will listen to your needs, wishes, and ideas for the home.
- We will discuss with you solutions regarding the project's design options, budget concerns, and potential value.
- We will offer you a "Design Proposal" based on the information you have provided.
Design (Fee based on complexity):
- With your budget in mind, we will draw rough design sketches for your review, and discuss finishes throughout the process.
- We will write "Project Specifications" based on the project design, local building code requirements, budget constraints, and your input regarding finish selections and any other requests.
- We will submit Final Drawings based on your approval.
Budget (included in Design Proposal):
- With your pre-defined investment concerns, we will calculate in detail what will be required for the budget. Along with any allowances and options.
Construction Proposal (included in Design Proposal):
- We will provide all the necessary construction documents as needed to move forward with construction.
BUILD!
- Upon approval of the Construction Proposal, we will will adhere to all agreements stated in the contract and do our best to provide you with a great building experience.
